SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Before placing your order, please take a moment to read through our Shipping and Return Policy.

All VAIDA VORAITĖ pieces are made with care in our Berlin studio and together with freelance seamstresses in Lithuania and Germany. Some jersey garments are produced in a small factory in Portugal.

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, which means we begin creating your garment once your order is placed. This helps us avoid overproduction and keep things more sustainable. You’ll find the estimated production time in each product description.

We mainly work with dead-stock fabrics, so quantities are limited. Items marked as LIMITED EDITION are made in very small batches. If a product is not labeled made-to-order, it means it’s already made and ready to ship.



SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (available for orders over 50 EUR).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we’re unfortunately unable to refund the original shipping costs.

If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Shipping times & rates:

  • Germany: Free shipping (1–2 days)
  • EU / UK: 15 EUR (3–9 days)
  • Rest of the world: 15 EUR (8–14 days)
  • Express shipping: from 35 EUR (1-2 days)



RETURNS

We hope you love your piece, but if something is not quite right, here is what to know:

  • Custom-made and sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For returns from outside the EU, any customs fees we incur will be deducted from your refund.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number, original packaging, and items received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, tracking must be provided.
  • Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us first — returns sent without a request would not be accepted.
